Validity Time

You can buy a tourist sim card online in advance and collect it on arrival. You can also buy a Cuban tourist sim card at the Jose Marti Havana airport(you need to pay online first HERE ). You can't buy a tourist sim at ETECSA offices, only online you can pay for the sim card.
